The Fusion Peel works by harnessing
the actions of multiple exfoliating ingredients to:
- Removes the outermost
layers of skin without causing intense discomfort or
irritation.
- Minimizing risk, downtime, and pain - Fusion Peel is perfect
for EVERYONE.
- Lifts off dead skin, destroys unwanted
epidermal cells.
- Dissolves oil, cellular debris, and blockages.
- Your
skin will look and feel like new without the agony of traditional peel
solutions!
Salicylic Acid: A keratolytic and comedolytic agent that causes skin cells
to shed more readily, opens clogged pores, neutralizes bacteria, constricts pore
diameter, and stimulates new cell growth.
Glycolic Acid: The primary Alpha Hydroxy Acid used in chemical
exfoliation to improve the skin's overall appearance, tone and texture by
weakening the binding properties of the lipids that hold the dead skin cells
together thus causing them to shed faster than normal.
Trichloroacetic Acid: A medium to deep peeling agent that works by coagulating
the proteins in the skin cells thereby causing tissue (epidermal) destruction.
When used in a chemical peel, this action results in the minimization or
correction of many skin flaws: sagging, sun damage, acne scars,
hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, fine lines, rough texture.
Resorcinol: Helps remove rough, scaly skin via its keratolytic action
making it useful in treating seborrheic dermatitis, eczema, acne, psoriasis,
flaky skin, and rosacea while also addressing discoloration, signs of aging,
and dull skin tone.
Lactic Acid: Belonging to the AHA family, lactic acid is generally used
to treat those who: have grown tolerant of glycolic, have pigmented skin,
uneven skin tone, drier skin types, or younger skin wishing to do preventative maintenance.
Enzyme Complex: Pumpkin Enzyme,
Pineapple Enzyme, Papaya Enzyme – Enzymes work by actually breaking down or
dissolving the material that make up a skin cell thus resulting in the removal
of the outermost layer of epidermal cells. Skin is left smooth, soft, more
permeable (for treatment products), glowing, and refreshed.
INSTRUCTIONS: New to peels, sensitive skin, and
younger users:
It is recommended that only one
layer of peel solution be used per treatment. Apply peeling solution no more than every 2-3 weeks, Cleanse with a gel type face wash
(we recommend Skin-Peel's Pre-Peel Cleanser)
and gently pat skin dry. Using the gauze pads provided, dispense the peel
solution evenly to the area to be treated. We recommend a full facial
application. After 4-6 minutes, rinse thoroughly from the skin and follow with
your normal skin care regimen (we recommend Skin-Peel's treatment serums and
moisturizers). Processing time for the peel can be gradually
increased up to 10 minutes or a second layer can be applied for more aggressive
results.
INSTRUCTIONS: Experienced peel users, mature skin, and
stubborn discoloration:
It is recommended that your initial
application be kept at one layer with a processing time of 4-8 minutes. Fusion
Peel can be layered up to 3 coats with a total processing time of 15 minutes.
Due to its texture, Fusion Peel can also be massaged once the final layer has
been applied. This action stimulates the skin circulatory network and increases
the absorption of the peel. To do this, simply wait until the peel becomes
slightly tacky and press the palms of the hands to the face and gently pull
away. This action can be done for up to one minute. Upon completion of the
peel, rinse thoroughly from the skin and follow with your normal skin care
regimen (we recommend Skin-Peel's treatment serums and
moisturizers).
Skin Type: The Fusion Peel is generally safe for all skin types and
effective for all issues.
Standard Benefits: Reduction of acne conditions, discoloration, wrinkles, fine
lines, increased collagen and elastin growth, improved texture and clarity,
skin is amazingly soft to the touch, minimal irritation, and virtually no
downtime.
Potency/Strength: Ranging from LIGHT to DEEP, depending on the processing
time and number of layers applied.
The PH Factor: PH determines the acidity or alkalinity of a chemical
solution. As the PH lowers, a peel's intensity increases. The Fusion Peel has a
pH of 0.89.
